Born and raised in Nova Scotia, I started cooking at the age of 16 and fell in love with the fast-paced kitchen world. Upon graduating from the NSCC Culinary Arts Program, I proudly earned my Red Seal and eagerly dove into the vibrant world of global cuisines!
For nearly a decade, I worked in the Caribbean at high-end resorts and as a personal chef in private villas, cooking everything from vegan and keto to Asian-inspired and African cuisines for high-ranking politicians and high-net-worth individuals. This extensive experience has honed my ability to create diverse, flavourful meals that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
I specialize in creating healthy meals that never compromise on flavour. Whether it's vegan, gluten-free, or any other dietary preference, I love customizing my menus to ensure every bite is both delicious and satisfying.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I love spending time in nature, nurturing my plants, travelling and enjoying moments with my husband and our two island dogs.
